The Team Jack Foundation, based in Atkinson, Nebraska, raises money for pediatric brain cancer research and works to build national awareness of the disease. It was inspired by Jack Hoffman (2005-2025), who was diagnosed with brain cancer at age five and won fans nationwide with his touchdown run in the 2013 Nebraska spring game. Team Jack has pledged $5 million to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Children’s Hospital Omaha.
