The Quad City Symphony Orchestra in Davenport, Iowa, was founded in 1915, placing it among the 20 longest-established, continuously operating orchestras in the United States. It serves more than 450,000 residents of eastern Iowa and western Illinois with performances in both states, and its mission is to inspire, entertain and engage the community through symphonic music, music education and cultural leadership. Its yearly vehicle raffle supports the orchestra’s education programs.
