The Powell County Museum and Arts Foundation is a nonprofit membership group in Deer Lodge, Montana, that runs the Old Montana Prison as a museum, along with an auto collection and other museums. It holds a 99-year lease on the Old Prison from the State of Montana but operates without state or federal funding. Gate receipts and fundraisers such as its classic car raffle keep it going.
