The Morris Lions Club in Morris, Illinois, has met the needs of its community since 1938. Its volunteer members, from a wide range of professions, trades and ages, raise funds and return 100 percent of the money to the community through service projects and donations to worthy groups, individuals and causes, guided by the Lions motto, We Serve, and global causes such as vision and hearing, hunger, the environment, childhood cancer and diabetes. The club meets monthly at the Eagles Hall in downtown Morris, and its annual car raffle has run for 29 years as of 2026.
