Idaho Student Scholarships are funded by the Idaho Governor’s Cup, an annual event established in 1974 by then-Governor Cecil Andrus. For more than 50 years the scholarship fund has helped Idaho high school seniors attend the state’s four-year universities and career technical programs, granting $4.8 million in scholarships over the last 10 years.
