The Spartan Garage is the Automotive Technology program at East Syracuse Minoa Central High School in East Syracuse, New York. Each year students buy a classic vehicle and restore it from start to finish, learning hands-on mechanical skills along with budgeting, communication and teamwork, and then raffle the finished vehicle. Raffle proceeds keep the program going and pay for the next build, with a portion used for awards for the students who work on it.
