Cruisin for Kids is the annual vehicle raffle of WRAAP, Wilmington’s Residential Adolescent Achievement Place, in Wilmington, North Carolina. WRAAP works to bridge educational and social gaps for young people in the Wilmington area, and Executive Director Daryl Dockery leads the program. The raffle, now in its eighth year, funds WRAAP’s youth programs.
