CASA of Jackson County, in Medford, Oregon, was founded in 1990 to recruit, train and support Court Appointed Special Advocate volunteers. CASA volunteers are appointed by the court to speak up for abused and neglected children, helping judges make decisions about their safety, services and permanent homes. Volunteers commit to at least two years of service.
