The Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation in Melbourne, Florida, is the home of Joe’s Club, adult day centers in Melbourne, Titusville and Micco that provide supervised care, activities and socialization for adults who cannot be left alone. The foundation also helps caregivers with support groups, education and respite, and provides transportation for qualifying trips in much of Brevard County.
