Best Friends for Life “Animal Rescue” Inc., based in Connecticut, was founded in 2002 by Marina and Tony Bagliore to rescue and rehome dogs in danger of being euthanized. It is a nationwide rescue that is not breed-specific and works with high-kill shelters, local shelters and owner surrenders. Over the years it has also cared for many dogs with special needs.
