The Children’s Hospital Foundation (“CHF”),Louisville, KY, is a nonstock, nonprofit 501(c)(3), 509(a)(1) corporation, with the sole member being Norton Healthcare, Inc. (“NHC”). CHF is a philanthropic arm of NHC, which exists to generate funds and friends to support the needs of programs and services of its children’s hospital, doing business as “Kosair Children’s Hospital.” Our charitable gaming license # ORG: 0000851

Kosair Children’s Hospital serves all patients regardless of their ability to pay. As a not-for-profit organization, facilities rely on the generosity of the community to help fulfill their mission to provide for the physical and emotional health of children, from birth to age 18.
