Through the efforts of staff and volunteers, the Diabetes Foundation, Inc. focuses its efforts on: MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, PATIENT ADVOCACY, DIABETES PUBLIC EDUCATION and CAMP SPONSORSHIPS
