The Foundation members represent a diversity of professional backgrounds. The mission of the Foundation is to develop philanthropic leaders who mobilize the community to impact the lives of disadvantaged children through annual fund-raising events and projects. Founded in 1987 as a chartered organization under Active 20-30 International, DCF rebranded as an independent foundation in 2022. Since 1987, DCF has raised and distributed more than $20 million in the community.
