1963 Corvette Roadster

Turnstone, Fort Wayne, Indiana, is a facility that serves people with disabilities. It is built to make sure that anyone can access and move around our facility with ease.

We opened our latest expansion in September 2015, which now brings our facility to 190,000 square feet of space. We offer pediatric therapy, Kimbrough Early Learning Center, Adults Day Services, Administration, Sports & Recreation and Health and Wellness. In addition to these program areas we also have several meeting and activity rooms.
