I’ve just started keeping track of these (after three years) and I’ll be posting comments we get here from organizations who had had their raffles posted on OldCarRaffle.com for free…

Wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your help in posting the T-bucket on your site. It boosted our sales by over 200 tickets. Even though we didn’t make our goal it certainly helped us a lot.
Here’s a list of the winners for you.
K. Kendall- Canton, PA T-bucket
V. Hoover- Wyalusing, PA – $1200.00
R. Flanagan- Troy, PA – $750.00
M. VanNoy Jr.- Granville Summit, PA- $550.00
The club made their donation to Operation Holiday Morale after the drawing and all in all it was quite an eventful day. Can’t thank you enough for your help in promoting the cause on your site.
Thanks again,

“Good afternoon!
I just wanted to write you today and say thank you so much for featuring our raffle on your website. We linked to your site from our Facebook and Twitter pages, hopefully that helped drive some traffic for you.
The feature on your site definitely helped to drive sales and website traffic for us. We had numerous people cite your website as the place where they heard, and we even had a few people buy multiple raffle tickets!
Our Grand Prize drawing will be held tomorrow, and we certainly hope someone from OldCarRaffle.com wins that 2010 Dodge Ram!
Thanks again for all you do,
Laura Graham

“Bill, I have been following this site for years and when a raffle becomes available for a ticket less than $10.00 I buy one. In July you had posted one for a 2010 Mustang for St Michaels School in PA.. I thought in sounded like a good cause and rather than buy a weekly lottery here I would buy one ticket. In September, on the last Sunday night, I got a call saying I won a new car. Sure enough from a raffle from your site. I had the option of the car or $30,000. Well with a wife and two boys too big for the backseat I decided to take the cash. After a ten day hold on the check the funds are now mind to spend.
We are buying a used RV and look forward to the next raffle.
Thanks so much,
Rob K.”

“Bill,Thank you so much for posting our Mini Cooper Raffle information on OldCarRaffle.com; it was a great success! This is the second consecutive year that you have assisted us by driving traffic to our site. Our raffle began sometime in November of ’08 and came to an end on Feb. 21, 2009. As the web designer I can tell you that you drove 272 hits to our website in just 3 short months. We are truly grateful for that exposure and at no cost as well. We sold close to 4000 tickets and raised nearly $120,000 after one of the cars was donated back to McGuire Memorial. More importantly, you have made hundreds of people aware of a very unique and worthy charity organization. We cannot thank you enough and look forward to working with you again next year.”
Sincerely,
Chris Walker

“Bill,
I wanted to let you know that with help from your site we sold all 1750 ticket for this years raffle. The last four tickets were purchased five minutes before the drawing. The winning ticket was drawn by long time road racer Rob Dyson and belonged to Richard French of Lynbrook, NY. I know I personally talked to three individuals in the last two weeks (and I don’t usually take the raffle ticket calls) who saw the information on your website. We’ll get on board with you earlier next year so I’m sure the results will be much greater. Thanks much.”
