Hope Builders is an intensive, 28-month job training program that will give you skills to jump start your career and transform your life. We are 100% committed to helping you succeed.</p> <p>The Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange founded the organization in 1995 in response to increasing gang violence, high youth unemployment, low high school graduation rates and rising teen pregnancy rates in Central Orange County.
