Cobra, Factory Five Racing replica

The Ohio Cobra Club, Columbus, Ohio;

During 2001, a small group of fun loving and benevolent car enthusiasts, each with a cult-like passion for the Shelby Cobra and a desire to help sick kids, joined together to form The Ohio Cobra Club.

The purpose of the club is to promulgate admiration for the Cobra Automobile, regardless of make or type; to support the City of London with the London Cobra Show and to support and raise money for The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In an effort to assist with the fundraising part of the mission, during 2006, the club attained 501(c)(3) non-profit status.

Throughout the year the club organizes social events such as club meetings, parties, dinners, cruises through various scenic areas in Ohio and helping other club members with their Cobras. Each year, a beautiful Cobra replica is raffled off as the club’s main fundraiser. Tickets are $20 each and can be purchased by club members at car shows and events. Raffle tickets can also be purchased online.

The 2020 London Cobra Show’s 20th Anniversary Raffle Car is Serial #001 of a very special 25 th Anniversary edition of Factory Five Racing’s MK IV Roadster, a replica of a 1960’s era automotive legend everyone knows simply as a Cobra.
- Low Milage, Ford Mustang, second generation Coyote V8 engine, 435 HP/400 lb. ft. torque
- Ford MT82 G2, 6 speed manual transmission.
- Limited-slip rear differential equipped with a 3:73:1 ring and pinion gear ratio.
- Stainless steel headers and polished stainless steel side exhaust pipes.
- Body: High quality, period correct, fiberglass reinforced plastic painted with a show
quality two-stage primary color that features two stripes.
- Interior: Custom black leather seats with cross hatch stitching, carbon fiber dash,
upholstered door panels, 5-point adjustable seat harnesses, and 14” vintage wood
steering wheel.
- Custom 25th Anniversary logo Factory Five Racing gauge package - serial #001 of 25 - consisting of reverse reading 180 MPH electronic GPS speedometer, 8,000 rpm tachometer, water temperature, voltmeter, fuel, oil pressure and oil pressure gauges.
- Equipped with head light, high beam, hazard lights and parking brake; turn signals and windshield wipers.

The raffle’s net proceeds are donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for research
