Celebrating 40 years serving San Diego and surrounding communities, our Ronald McDonald House provides a “home away from home” to families with a child in medical crisis. This year, your contributions are extra impactful. As an essential community resource, we continue to operate at capacity, providing overnight lodging to 56 families each night. Our mission has always been to keep families close to their hospitalized child, and maintaining our presence just 300 steps from the region’s children’s hospital achieves over-arching community-wide aims to limit public mobility and minimize impact on the neediest families.
