While our NICU, the only Level III in the region, and our pediatric services have earned a reputation for high quality care over the past years, critical equipment upgrades, enhanced services and expanded access to care and specialists are necessary to continue to provide the best care possible to our children. Funding will allow us to better meet the needs of our most vulnerable and fragile patients.
St. Francis Medical Center is committed to providing the infants and children in our region with the highest quality of health care in a safe and caring environment. We empathize with the emotions families experience when their newborns are in the NICU or their children are hospitalized for various health reasons and we are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for all.
We’ve successfully created and sustained an outstanding NICU program and excellent pediatric services despite continued reduced reimbursement from the state and federal governments. This is a testament to the quality care provided at St. Francis through our physicians and clinical caregivers. But to continue meeting our patients’ needs, critical equipment upgrades, enhanced services and expanded access to care and specialists is imperative. With the support of our community, businesses and current donors, we will be able to continue delivering the highest level of care to the community
