The Mahwah Municipal Alliance, “MMA”, Mahwah, New Jersey, is a group of community volunteers that are fortunate to partner with the NJ’s Mahwah Police Department to provide important info and resources to our residents and youth. As a 501 c3 non-profit organization, we address the critical social and mental health issues that we all face in today’s rapidly changing world. We strive to inspire our youth in character and personal courage, encourage good decision-making, and promote social and physical development as well as general safety.
For over 15 years, the MMA has, and continues to offer a wide variety of information, guides, contacts, resources and programs for the community in a variety of areas such as: Drug & Alcohol Abuse • The Heroin Epidemic • Narcan Training • Bullying • Mental Health • Teen Anxiety & Depression • Fitness & Health • Character Building • Leadership Skills • Parent Education & more.
