Wilmington’s Residential Adolescent Achievement Place (WRAAP); an award-winning non-profit “youth” organization is hosting its Fifth Annual “Cruisin for Kids” Charity Car Raffle.

WRAAP’s mission is to bridge the educational and social gaps that exist amongst youth, families, and communities.

The charity car raffle fundraiser event is designed to help raise funds for non-profits and community-based organizations in Wilmington and surrounding counties. Specific guidelines and commitment levels of support are required for participating organizations to receive financial compensation.
