As the future of healthcare in our country evolves, so does the question of financial reimbursements, escalating costs and increased number of patients. However, one thing remains unchanged…our promise to provide compassionate, quality care for all of Jesus’ children in our community. This commitment is present on our hospital campus and even more so in our community clinics.

One prize winner will receive a 2023 Mazda CX-50 valued at $36,105
and One prize winner will win a 2023 Jeep Wrangler valued at $45,117

The 2023 Jeep Wrangler-4-door Sport S 4x4;
Exterior: bright white with black 3-piece hard top;

The 2023 Mazda CX-50-Mid-size SUV/ seats 5;
Exterior: polymetal gray metallic with 17” black alloy wheels;
Interior black fabric seats and power panoramic moonroof

There will be 2 boxes with the key to one of the two vehicles in each.
1st name drawn gets 1st choice of box
2nd name drawn gets remaining box and key.
Each person gets the vehicle to which he/she holds the key
