2017 Design your Porcshe or $50,000 Cash

Kentucky Opera, Louisville, KY, was founded in 1952 by Moritz von Bomhard and designated the State Opera of Kentucky in 1982. Operas were presented in the Columbia Auditorium until 1964 when they moved to the Brown Theatre. The company began performing selected works at Whitney Hall in the Kentucky Center for the Arts in 1984 and moved all mainstage performances to the Whitney in 2000. The Louisville Orchestra plays for all performances, and the Louisville Ballet performs on occasions when operas require classical dance.

Prize Details

Kentucky Opera's Annual Car Raffle Grand Prize;

1st Place: Winner receives $60,000 to design their own Porsche at Blue Grass MOTORSPORT (car must be ordered within 30 days of drawing) or a $50,000 cash option to spend anyway they choose.

2nd Place: Design Your Dream Driving Experience at the Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta.

3rd Place: Use of a Porsche from Blue Grass MOTORSPORT for a weekend, plus a night’s stay at Louisville’s historic Brown Hotel
