Grand Traverse Area Catholic Schools (GTACS), Traverse City, Michigan, has been providing the gift of Catholic education to children from preschool through twelfth grade the Grand Traverse region for over 120 years. The system is comprised of four schools separated by grade level but united by a common mission. One of the vital components of our schools is the active support received from the five area Catholic parishes. Christ the King, Immaculate Conception, Saint Francis, Saint Patrick and Saint Joseph. Our school system is part of the Diocese of Gaylord.
Established in 1983, the Gladhander is the area’s premier gala event complete with silent and live auctions plus a renowned raffle prize drawing! Since the first Gladhander, the event has raised more than $10 million to support Grand Traverse Area Catholic Schools. Event tickets are available for $150 per person. Corporate tables also available. Attend and be part of the area’s finest fundraiser, complete with live auction, silent auction, dinner/drinks, exciting raffle prizes, and plenty of opportunities to socialize and mingle.
