The Boys & Girls Club of Yankton, South Dakota, is an after school and summer year-round program designed to provide safe, educationally enriching, quality programs for children in 5th through 12th grade 4 hours a day, 5 days a week for 12 months when adult supervision may not be available.
Our Yankton Unit staff members are experienced in the area of youth development. All staff members are background checked and trained annually in a variety of important areas including Youth Development, CPR, and First Aid.
Programs and activities are provided in our three Priority Outcomes: Academic Success, Good Character & Leadership and Healthy Lifestyles. This programming is conducted and planned by a staff trained to meet the needs of children and provide positive adult role models.
