Saint John School, Old Saybrook, Connecticut, has many reasons to be filled with joy, especially this 2013-2014 academic year, as we celebrate the twentieth year of the school’s reopening.
The school reopened (after a 22 year closure) because of the hard work and dedication of many, as well as with the blessing of the Diocese of Norwich and surrounding communities. Our school continues to be a special place where faith, culture, education, and life are brought to harmony.

Saint John School is a Roman Catholic School serving grades pre-kindergarten to eight in Old Saybrook, Connecticut and surrounding communities. We provide challenging academic, extracurricular, and spiritual programs that encourage the following of Jesus as set forth in the Gospel. Recognizing that we are disciples of Jesus, teachers and families are working together to inspire individual growth, self-discipline, confidence and Christian service.
