The Poway Center for the Performing Arts Foundation, or “POW! Foundation,”formed in 1990, is the nonprofit organization responsible for booking professional artists into the city-owned Poway Center for the Performing Arts. Each year the Foundation, in partnership with the City of Poway and the Poway Unified School District, assembles a line-up of top-notch talent from the worlds of drama, dance, music, comedy and more.
