The Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic mission is to create, develop and sustain a fundraiser of national proportion and reputation that embodies the spirit and energy of Jim Valvano. Participants and sponsors will clearly understand the value of their investment and will repeatedly seek annual participation. The event will provide significant funding to The V Foundation in the ongoing struggle to find a cure for cancer.
This year, the Launch Party and Reverse Raffle will be held at the Raleigh Convention Center. Each ticket holder will enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar while anxiously waiting to find out who will be the lucky winner of the Leith BMW 320i!
Enjoy a fun night out with live performances from nationally known comedians MadMo Collins of MadTV and Tony Woods! As Jim said, “each day, you gotta Laugh, Think, and have your emotions moved to tears!” We’re going to help you make that happen! Golfer pairings will be announced and prizes will be awarded throughout the evening to random ticket holders as numbers are drawn!
