1969 Dodge Dart GT Sport 340 – 4 speed

Rotary Club of Fenelon Falls, Ontario, Canada;

On Dec 6,1943 the Lindsay Rotary Club held a meeting at the “Mansion House”, Fenelon Falls with a view to forming a new Rotary Club there. Present at this meeting was DG Harmon Rice, Huntsville. Attending from Lindsay Rotary Club were PDG Dan McQuarrie, President Harry Stone and Secretary Frank Weldon. The District Governor outlined the aims and objects of Rotary as wells as the various steps required to form a new club. The Lindsay members offered ongoing assistance which has grown into a strong relationship between the two clubs that continues today.

From a list of 21 Charter Members the following Executive was chosen for the newly formed Rotary Club of Fenelon Falls. Charter Pres-Charles McInnes,VP-Max Brandon, Sec-Albert Welk, Treas-Wm.J.Moore,Sgt at Arms-Jim Curtis. Charter Directors included: G.C.Grahm,George Allen, Foster M. Graham and Monty Robson. Meetings were held every Thursday, 6:45PM, at the Mansion House. The day and time have remained unchanged since 1943.

For 2017 - 18 The Rotary Club of Fenelon Falls is proud to offer a 1969 Dodge Dart GT Sport rare convertible a very nice 340 with a 4 speed. The fender tags indicate that this car is what it appears.
This car would make a wonderful addition to any garage, or driveway.

The numbers appear to be correct for what the car is. The VIN - L S 27 P 9 B 362***

LS27 indicates a Dart GTS convertible,
The "P" indicates 340 High Pro. v-8 engine,
The "9" confirms year, -1969
and the "B" indicates build plant as being Hamtramck, Michigan the 362*** is the production sequence #

As for the fender tag…. the code # - LS27 confirms Dart GTS 2 door convertible.
E55 - indicates engine - 340 ci 4 Barr. Carb
D32 - indicates Automatic transmission. The car has been converted to a 4 speed manual, which is believed that change from original does not hurt the overall value, in fact it likely enhances the value

Paint Code # - R6 - Red
