Mahnah Club of the East Valley, Inc., Mesa Arizona, is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit women’s service organization.
We have been providing invaluable contributions to the community since being founded in 1954. The Club name is derived from the Hopi word “Mahnah” meaning “leading women of the tribe.” Our members are committed to actively serving the east valley and surrounding communities. We also volunteer our time and efforts for many non-profit organizations on an average of over 4,000 hours annually.
Mahnah Club has raised over $1,500,000 over the past 10 years. We continue to support local charities not only with funding but also with outreach events.
Our membership grows each year with caring and hardworking women of the community. We have fun and celebrate the many wonderful friendships we have made throughout the years.
The Mahnah Club has a long history of supporting major causes in the Southeast Valley and currently raises funds for the Child Crisis Center- East Valley, a valley-wide emergency shelter and safe haven, adoption and foster care services, and a family resource center, and the Save the Family Foundation, a Mesa-based group that provides shelter and a path to independence for homeless families, including financial support of both new and established local charities. We also provide scholarships for college or post secondary studies (advanced studies).
