DRAW DATE EXTENDED _ C.A.P.E. (Center for Advancement and Personal Empowerment) strategies provide training that enables people to lift themselves up and become more productive members of society. This is done by offering free Life Coaching, Crisis Counseling, Success Training, and Motivational Education. We are a non-profit outreach of the Capital Christian Deliverance Center Pastored by Dr. Frank and Zepporah Dowtin and headquartered in Richmond, VA. It is their vision to establish Empowerment Centers in every major city. They have faithfully served the physical and spiritual needs of people since 1990.
