We are a small non-profit organization, ( 501c3 IRS status ), that helps former drug and alcohol addicts and those recently released from the prison system gain real on-the-job experience that they can use as a stepping stone to future employment.
Our clients are paid a salary while being trained to perform their job. They are instilled with values that all employers expect such as: arrive at work on time, respect your employer and your co-workers, never be afraid to ask questions, clean up after yourself, finish your work in a timely manner. We apply an equal weight on strong life skills such as: keeping a healthy work and personal life balance, eating right, exercise, taking time to relax and recharge. And finally, we encourage our clients to participate in community volunteer work to get them involved with and to become part of our community.
The foundation of our work is through the healing power of Jesus Christ and our belief in helping out our community members.
