The Rotary Club of St. Michaels, Maryland, is one of 34,000 Rotary Clubs worldwide. A proud member of Rotary District 7630, we’ve been active in the St. Michaels and greater Bay Hundred community for 77 years.
Youth programs are a particular passion of ours, and every year we grant $20,000 in scholarships to graduates of St. Michaels High School.
In 2015, we chartered St. Michaels’s first Interact Club and inducted its inaugural board. We cherish our partnership with these young, Rotarians-to-be and support them as part of our annual agenda.
Rotary International’s motto is “Service Above Self,” and we try to live by it.
If you’re familiar with the area, you may already know that our Rotary Club helped build the St. Michaels Nature Trail and helps to maintain it on an ongoing basis. You may also spot us along the sides of the St. Michaels-Tilghman Island Highway helping to keep our roadways and unique environment clean.
We regularly stuff care packs full of foodstuffs to supplant school lunches and help sustain children in our area during the school year.
The Rotary Club of St. Michaels Maryland Foundation is a 501(c)3.
