The school offers three automotive classes. Coursework is designed to be at least 50% hands-on and students actually roll up their sleeves and get under the hoods. The classes are so popular that students have to be turned away.
A cornerstone of the program is that students either restore a car or build one from a kit each year. That car or truck is then raffled off each July to provide funds for the following year’s project, which keeps the program sustainable.
