1963 Split Window & 2011 ZR1 Hero Corvette & $50K

The 2011 Corvette Dream Giveaway, a fundraising event sponsored by Kids Wish Network, launched on May 1, 2011. The Corvette Dream Giveaway provides an opportunity to support Kids Wish Network’s Hero Program while also being given the chance to win both an iconic 1963 Corvette Split-Window Coupe and the 2011 Hero Edition ZR1-plus $50,000 cash for taxes!

The Split-Window Coupe comes finished in rare and dazzling Sebring Silver and sports a stunning red interior with 327 cubic inch power plant generating 300 horsepower.

The ZR1 is easily the fastest production Corvette of all time.  This one-of-a-kind 2011 Hero Edition ZR1 comes outfitted with a supercharged Lingenfelter enhanced powerplant producing 710 horsepower. That enables this car to reach top speeds in excess of 200 mph. Like the matching ‘63, the Hero Edition ZR1 boasts a stunning red interior and accents and is the only ZR1 to do so. Also incorporated in the ZR1 are additional carbon fiber components and special emblems that complete its unique place in automotive history.

The Corvette Dream Giveaway was created to help fund the expansion of Kids Wish Network’s Hero Program.  Child-Life Specialists at participating facilities select a child each month that has faced and overcome “life changing” events with courage and spirit. Kids Wish Network presents each facility’s nominee with a valuable “HERO” award gift package at a ceremony honoring that child. These special children serve as an inspiration to other patients, staff and their families.
