The Mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Central Valley, CA, is to provide a “Home Away From Home” and resources to children and their families.
Each of the 18 guest rooms is equiped with two queen size beds, restroom, and satellite TV. Guests share common living areas such as kitchens, TV rooms, laundry rooms, and computer lab.
Conveniently located next to Valley Children’s Healthcare, families can get a good nights rest and be at their child’s bedside within just a few minutues. Some families stay for a few days, while others stay for weeks or even months. Without the Ronald McDonald House many families would be forced to sleep in cramped hospital waiting rooms, spend thousands of dollars at a local hotel, or even have to sleep in their car.
