At Turnstone, Fort Wayne, Indiana, we create possibilities. Turnstone is Northeast Indiana’s only free-standing not-for-profit organization providing a comprehensive continuum of supportive services addressing the unique needs of people with physical disabilities and their families.
The agency is governed by a passionate board of directors and is known for its highly professional staff of licensed professionals including physical, occupational, speech and recreation therapists, fitness specialists, social workers, and educators.
Turnstone’s mission is to provide therapeutic, educational, wellness and recreational programs to empower people with disabilities.
