Our Foster Kids, Inc., and our volunteers will identify and try to implement ways to raise the public awareness of the needs and issues that most foster children face. Our focus will also include activities to raise Foster children’s self-esteem and provide for their specific needs, thus helping them realize that they are a vital and valuable part of society. We will recognize and support any foster child in their quest to be a vital and substantial part of our society’s future. Our simple mission statement is to enhance the childhood of each foster child in our community through addressing some of the unmet needs of these children. Additionally we will address the needs of any child we can in hopes of promoting self-esteem in all children so that they may grow to reach their fullest potential.
1934 Chevy 5 Window Coupe
Prize Details
A 1934 Chevy 5 Window Coupe . "Hotrod Project Car" appraised at $9,650. We have listed it as a "as-is"project car because it still has things that need to be completed. (the paint has chips, the interior has some finishing touches, the linkage slips a bit,) It gets about 20 miles to the gallon driving to all the area car shows. It has a 3 speed on the floor and a 350 small block Chevy engine. Part of our proceeds will be donated to Women's Imaging for breast cancer awareness. (Hence the pink car!)
