The Odom Foundation is a organization based in Greenville, SC that is focused on serving the needs and wishes of local children. Children that benefit from the Odom Foundation typically fall into one or more of the categories below. They are children who:
- Have health and sickness issues
- Are challenged mentally, emotionally, or physically
- Lack financial resources
Founded in 2007 by Chad Odom and his wife Kelly Odom, the foundation raises money and awareness, helping children who can’t help themselves. Through an annual one-of-a-kind fundraiser, Classic Cars for a Cause, volunteers solicit financial commitments from individuals and corporations through ticket sales, sponsorships, and in-kind donations. Tickets are sold for a chance to win a completely restored classic car valued at >$75,000. Classic Cars for a Cause is a unique fundraiser aimed at gaining high participation and where all profits are fed back into the community to support the special needs of regional children.
